TAXmaster

Our customers now have options!! We are pleased to announce TAXmaster, a new, innovative tax service plan. TAXmaster is designed to give our customers a choice of the level of tax-related service, based on their personal income tax needs. Some customers have quite simple tax returns, others require a bit more attention throughout the year, and still others have complex returns and other business or investment ventures that require ongoing attention and advice.

The benefits of TAXmaster are multiple:

• the opportunity to choose annually which option is best for the customer
  
  
• the plan takes the guess-work out of whether or not there will be a bill for the service provided
  
  
• the plan clearly defines what services are provided in each option
  
  
• the plan specifies the cost of each option, which is calculated based on the customer's personal tax circumstances

Three levels of service:

• BASIC for the simpler returns (Most Economical)
  
  
• BASIC PLUS for returns that may involve consultations or phone calls during the year
  
  
• COMPREHENSIVE for the larger, more complex tax returns which may involve prior year amendments, consultations, phone calls, planning throughout the year, etc. (Best Value)
  
  Exclusions: planning and consulting engagements; i.e. estate planning, retirement planning, financial planning, college funding, etc.
